A conscious leader, Chris guides teams through complexity with steadiness, compassion, and perspective.

Mattie Johnson, Co-Founder

With a decade of experience leading creative teams, including as a VP of Product in edtech, Mattie brings a human-centered approach to AI—helping find clarity, alignment, and purpose through change. She has also deeply explored identity, transformation, and meaning in her work as an award-winning writer, director, producer, and she brings to HI Momentom a passion for storytelling and social impact.
